Depending on the quality requirements, specifications of the products, and the size and complexity of the tools required, different companies will be used for different products. Automotive products require a specialized tooling expertise and we use tooling partners focused on this market. For Consumer Electronics products a number of our tooling partners can supply tools. For General Products, installed in public or private locations other tooling suppliers have the expertise needed.

Knowing which of our tooling partners to work with for a particular type of product is critical to getting the proper tool and final plastic, metal or rubber materials required for the application area. Industrial applications have requirements that are unique and far different then consumer electronic product needs. The differences range from materials used to tolerances, to temperature and shock requirements and finish.
